Our paid time off supports you when it matters most, whether for vacation, illness, appointments, or the unexpected. Life doesn’t pause, and we want you to have the flexibility to show up where you’re needed—on and off the job.

Time Off Benefits

Full-time team members receive paid time off (PTO) each anniversary based on their years of service. You have the flexibility to use this time off for vacation, personal and family illness, appointments, or other personal reasons based on manager approval.

Part-time team members may be eligible for paid sick time based on work location.

In addition to time off benefits, full-time team members may be eligible for:

  • Paid holidays
  • Jury duty: Up to 10 days per year after 60 days of full-time employment
  • Bereavement leave: Up to five days per year
  • Weather-Related Pay: If your work location closes for more than two consecutive days, you will receive up to five days of weather pay per year

Union team members: All time-off benefits will be paid according to the definitions within your collective bargaining agreement.
