Good to Know
The dental options available to you are based on where you work. Depending on your location, you may have one or two dental options to choose from, including:
- Guardian Dental PPO and Hawaii Dental Services: Both options cover care from any provider you choose, but you’ll pay less when you go to in-network providers
- Willamette Dental Plan: Covers care at a Willamette Dental office only

The dental plan is available to all full-time team members and their eligible dependents.
