What's New in 2027

Spending and Savings Account Increases

Contribution limits will increase for the Health Savings Account (HSA) and Health Care and Commuter Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

Cost Changes

Medical plan premiums, deductibles, and out-of-pocket maximums are increasing, along with rates for Guardian Dental coverage. The tobacco surcharge for medical coverage will also increase. Rates for supplemental insurance plans will decrease.

Prescription Changes

Regence Coordinated Pharmacy Services will provide prescription coverage, while Amazon will provide Mail Order Pharmacy fulfillment.

Watch for Your Open Enrollment Packet

During the last week of October, your Open Enrollment packet will be mailed to your home. It includes additional details about your 2027 benefits, so be sure to review it when it arrives.

401(k) Company Match Increase

Lithia & Driveway will match 100% of your 401(k) Plan contributions, up to $3,500 per year! This enhancement reflects our commitment to supporting your long-term financial well-being through your Total Rewards.
