Life can throw a lot at you—whether it's everyday stress, big changes, or unexpected crises. That's where the EAP (Employee Assistance Program) through SupportLinc comes in. It's available 24/7, completely free, and confidential.

You and your household family members can each get unlimited consultations, plus up to three in-person counseling sessions, per issue, per year. The EAP offers support for a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Managing stress
  • Coping with depression or anxiety
  • Dealing with grief and loss
  • Relationship or parenting challenges
  • Legal and financial questions
  • Child  or elder care
  • Substance use concerns

Eligibility

You and your household family members—spouse/domestic partner, dependent children, parents and parents-in-law—can use the EAP for free. You do not have to be enrolled in a Lithia & Driveway medical plan.

If you're enrolled in a Lithia & Driveway medical plan, you've got even more resources available to you:

  • MDLIVE: You and your dependents can access free virtual counseling and therapy sessions if you’re in the Regence BCBS PPO Plan or for a reasonable out-of-pocket cost if you're in the Regence BCBS HSA-Compatible Plan
