Lithia and Driveway automatically provides life and AD&D insurance to all full-time team members. If you want extra protection, you can choose supplemental life insurance and/or AD&D for yourself and eligible dependents. Guardian administers the plans. Eligibility

All full-time team members are eligible for the life and AD&D plans. Just a heads up, Company-paid and supplemental life insurance will be reduced once you reach age 60.

Life insurance provides peace of mind that your family members will have the support they need in the event of your death. Evidence of Insurability is not required.

Company-Paid Life Insurance

Lithia & Driveway automatically provides $15,000 in life insurance at no cost. You don’t need to be enrolled in any other Lithia & Driveway benefits to receive this coverage.

Supplemental Life Insurance

Need more coverage? You can add an extra tier of life insurance coverage for yourself, your spouse/domestic partner, and your children annually during Open Enrollment. For monthly premiums, go to My Lithia Benefits.

AD&D (accidental death & dismemberment) insurance provides financial support if a serious accident changes your life—or the life of a covered family member.

Company-Paid AD&D Insurance

Lithia & Driveway automatically provides $15,000 in AD&D insurance at no cost. No need to be enrolled in any other Lithia & Driveway benefits to receive it—it’s just part of being a full-time team member.

Supplemental AD&D Insurance

For extra coverage, you can choose an extra tier of supplemental AD&D coverage for yourself, your spouse/domestic partner, and your child(ren) annually during Open Enrollment. For monthly premiums, go to My Lithia Benefits.
