You can enroll in benefits as a new hire and change your benefits each year during Open Enrollment. Outside of these times, you can only change certain benefits coverage during the year if you have a qualifying life event.

You have 30 days from the event date to change your benefits.

To initiate a life event:

• Go to My Lithia Benefits
• Click ChangeYour Current Benefits (on the homepage)
• Follow the prompts to make changes to your benefits—you may be required to submit supporting documentation
• Or, call the Benefits Service Center at 833-550-5606
