Milestone Award Program

Our Milestone Award Program celebrates team members' dedication and contributions by recognizing their achievements and years of service. Every five years, you'll receive a milestone package that includes:

  • Milestone Yearbook: A commemorative book honoring your milestone year, along with a redemption code for your anniversary gift
  • Numeral Plaque: A symbolic plaque marking your years of service and accomplishments
  • Anniversary Gift: A curated gift from our partner, OC Tanner, redeemable with the code provided in your yearbook

LPG Winners

The Lithia & Driveway Partners Group (LPG) recognizes and celebrates our top-performing leaders who exemplify Loyalty, Potential and Growth while embodying our core values.

High-performing leaders who maximize their store (or department) potential serve as role models for organizational success and can earn the prestigious title of “LPG Winner”—a distinction that every team member strives to achieve. LPG Winners gain access to exclusive networking events designed to support career advancement, expand professional connections, and drive continued store growth.

Eligibility

All General Managers, Sales Leaders, Aftersales Leaders, and Business Managers are eligible if they have held their role with Lithia & Driveway for the full calendar year.

Winner-Selection Criteria

LPG membership is awarded based on exceptional performance and strong alignment with our core values, as reflected in the Store Performance Scorecard (SPS).

The Founder’s Trophy

Among each year's winners, the single highest-performing store and department managers are also awarded the Founder's Trophy to display in their store all year long. Founder's Trophy winners receive one extra “win” added to their total LPG count, which could bump them up to gold or platinum winners!
