Enroll now at mylithiabenefits.com or through the BenefitsGO mobile app. If you haven't logged in since we launched BenefitsGO on September 18, you’ll need to register for an account using employer code 977067. Once registered, you can begin your enrollment. Open Enrollment ends November 16 at 11 p.m. CST.

What's New in 2027

Spending and Savings Account Increases

Contribution limits will increase for the Health Savings Account (HSA) and Health Care and Commuter Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

Cost Changes

Medical plan premiums, deductibles, and out-of-pocket maximums are increasing, along with rates for Guardian Dental coverage. The tobacco surcharge for medical coverage will also increase. Rates for supplemental insurance plans will decrease.

Prescription Changes

Regence Coordinated Pharmacy Services will provide prescription coverage, while Amazon will provide Mail Order Pharmacy fulfillment.

Open Enrollment Packet

Your Open Enrollment packet was mailed to your home the last week of October. Use it alongside this page to review your options and make your 2027 elections by November 16.

401(k) Company Match Increase

Lithia & Driveway will match 100% of your 401(k) Plan contributions, up to $3,500 per year! This enhancement reflects our commitment to supporting your long-term financial well-being through your Total Rewards.
