Use the information on this page to learn what’s new and what you need to do to select your 2026 benefits.  

Enroll now at mylithiabenefits.com.

To access mylithiabenefits.com for the first time, you must register for an account. Once you are registered, you may start the enrollment process. For log-in or enrollment assistance for mylithiabenefits.com contact the Benefits Service Center at 833-550-5606 (toll-free).

What's New

There will be important changes to your benefits in 2026, such as:

The UPMC PPO medical plan will no longer be available.

You will be able to contribute more to a Health Savings Account (HSA).

The contribution limits for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) will increase, including the Dependent Care FSA.

Medical plan rates will be increasing in alignment with market trend.

For more information, refer to your Open Enrollment packet, which will be mailed to your home address by November 1.
